Shipping Policy
UK SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Our order cut off time is 9am each weekday.
Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
All UK orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days. However, if your order is being dispatched from an alternative warehouse, please allow up to 6–7 working days for delivery.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, the delivery driver will make sure to leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
In the event of any transit delays, please note that we are unable to process a refund or send a replacement until the parcel is either on its way back to us or has been officially marked as lost or has not moved for a prolonged period.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return and processing cost of £5. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
All our international deliveries are handled by Royal Mail and USPS.
Reliability is key, which is why we use a tracked delivery service.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. If you refuse to pay any customs fees incurred and the parcel is returned to us, any original postage fees and return costs will be deducted from your refund total. At Vertexresearch Labs we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. If your parcel is rejected at customs in your destination country and is returned to us, a refund for your order will be issued once we receive the returned parcel, minus any original postage fees.

PRODUCT INTEGRITY & DAMAGE POLICY
All products are quality-checked and securely sealed prior to dispatch. Each item is individually inspected to ensure it leaves our facility in perfect condition.
Once a parcel has left our warehouse and is in the possession of Royal Mail or any courier, Vertexresearch Labs cannot be held liable for any damage, leakage, or product degradation that may occur during transit or as a result of improper storage after delivery. Environmental factors such as temperature exposure, handling, and transit conditions are outside of our control and can affect the integrity of research materials.
In the event you believe an item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Our team will review this on a case-by-case basis and advise the next steps.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for products that show signs of use, have been opened, or appear to have been stored incorrectly after delivery.
